About Us

The founders at Moonshot have a long history of working with large teams, hundreds of people across processes, the urge and inspiration to build this tool originated from here.

We realized teams were not aligned to the organizational goals, they were not even defined clearly and the year end employee appraisal systems was a messy affair. You see, most organizations don't have a legit performance management system, some have it for namesake, it doesn't do its job.

So here we are, with years of experience in operations, sales, marketing and working with scores of people, we are confident we are building and taking Moonshot in the right direction.

We are a bunch of enthusiastic people based mainly out of Mumbai, India.
